The novel contribution of this paper is the definition of attitude and attitude’s indicators and constructs newly identified by the contributions’ authors as well as the educational model of application of mobile technologies in distance learning within the institutionalized blended educational process of higher education.

Hence, students’ attitude serves not only as an outcome but also as a criterion of application of mobile technologies in distance learning within the institutionalized blended educational process of higher education.
